MISSION STATEMENT
Toes up, knees up elbows back ( T,K,E-) is the technique and process to change and improve athletic ability. This way we can create a new muscle memory to improve your technique, speed and confidence in all athletics.
T,K,E– This technique builds you into an athlete to accomplish your vision and dreams.
ABOUT T.K.E.
Application of force may not be applied to its maximum without a 90% angle for a vertical and horizontal movement in athletic movement.
A 90% angle (dorso flex) in the ankle and vertical and horizontal position of the Tibia/Fibula ( calf muscle) and Femur (quad working in coordination of hamstring muscle, hip flexor muscle and the oblique muscle gives a significant amount of force application in athletic movements.
When the arms ( elbows ) is set in a 90% angle, movement by relaxing the shoulders and allowing the biceps and triceps to function naturally ( back and forth) by pushing the elbows back to a high point gives and allow movement to its best vertically and horizontally, now performing faster and more explosive movements.
The PROCESS.
The ultimate process of T,K,E ( Toes up, Knees up, Elbows back) development uses plyometrics, a kinetic energy.
creating a “SHOCKWAVE’ TRAINING” process that develops the tendons and muscles to generate more explosive movement.
This process increases your performance in speed to higher levels and longevity in sports and health.

“SHOCKWAVE’TRAINING”
T.K.E is the technique, but “SHOCKWAVE’ TRAINING” is the training process to get the results.
S= STRENGTH- the capacity of an object to withstand great force or pressure.
H= HORIZONTAL – parallel to the plane of the horizon.
O=OSCILLATION – regular variation in position around a central point
C= CORE – the part of something that is central to its existence
K= KINETIC – relating to or resulting in motion and the forces and energy associated therein.
W = WAVE – propagating dynamic disturbance of more than one quantities.
A= AGILITY – move quickly and easy in multiple directions
V= VERTICAL – moving straight up at an angle of 90° angle.
E= EFFICIENCY -an action designed to achieve a goal with little to no wasted energy.
